PRICING & POLICIES
Full Services Include: All grooming services come with a bath, brush, nail trim, and ear cleaning. Let us know if your dog has special needs, a unique history, or specific styling preferences. All our base prices may be adjusted based on the specifics of the bread and coat (New Foundland vs Golden Retreiver on the same weight class)
Additional Fees: Depending on your dog’s needs, additional charges for matting, senior care (dogs over 10 years old), a second handler, or weight class may apply. We will communicate these as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy: Missed appointments are charged in full. We use automated reminders to ensure you stay informed. Repeat no-shows will require prepayment for future appointments.
A puppy cut is designed for your puppy's first visit to the groomer. We take extra time to acclimatize your dog to the grooming process. Puppies have a harder time sitting still for extended periods in the hopes of allowing us to do as much as they want us to do (all over body trim). We strive to make their first grooming experience as positive as possible.

Our groomers are experienced professionals with over a decade training in handling dogs of all breeds and temperaments. We pride to employ a majority of certified master groomers among our team.

The frequency depends on your dog’s breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–6 weeks to maintain cleanliness, comfort, and coat health.
During your next visit we can go over your specific pup needs based on your lifestyle, attention to their breed specific needs, and the styling you'd like to pup to have.
All dogs must comply with the minimum eligibility:
- At least 3 months of age
- Full vaccination rounds complete
- Spayed/Neutered at 6 months
We ask also that new adopted dogs have had at least 2 weeks of bonding before any pet care service (unless is the veterinary).
Before coming in, ensure your dog has had a recent potty break before the appointment. If your dog is nervous, let us know so we can provide extra care and a calming experience.
We require proof of up-to-date vaccinations, including rabies, distemper + parvovirus (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough). If your pup is also intending to join Daycare/Boarding, we also require a negative fecal test done at least within the last 12 months.

The length of a grooming session depends on the size of your dog, the condition of their coat, and the services requested. Most sessions take 1.5 to 3 hours.
We try to schedule big, long coat dogs as early as possible, leaving the short coats or small ones to later in each day.
We accommodate dogs with special needs, including senior dogs or those with health conditions. Share any relevant information with us ahead of time so we can provide appropriate care.

We encourage pet parents to relax while we work. Our open communication ensures you can check in on your dog’s progress at any time, but we find that most dogs are calmer without their owner present during grooming.
You are welcome to wait in our lobby if session is expected to be less than 30 min. Otherwise, feel free to use your time to shop or visit one of our nearby cafe's.
Our groomers are experienced in working with nervous or challenging dogs. We use gentle techniques and a patient approach to ensure every dog feels safe and comfortable during their session.
Only if needed, we will use muzzles to ensure both our staff and your dog are safe. If the situation escalates and for their safety she need to stop, we will reach out to you and plan with your vet potential calming medication for a repeat appointment.
